The Air Advantage

Redefining excavation

Advanced Dry Vacuum Excavation Services

We specialize in “digging with air” an innovative dry excavation method that is smarter, safer, and more budget-conscious than traditional hydrovac services. With our trained operators and advanced equipment, we use air to quickly and accurately dig without damaging existing infrastructure or the environment.

Dry Vacuum Excavation Services

Save Time and Money

The air advantage means no soil or rock hauling, remediation, or disposal is necessary. Our process leaves the soil on-site for easy backfill and reuse. This reduces time, labor costs, and environmental impact compared to other excavation methods. What’s more, since we don’t use water to dig, we never have to leave the site to dump mud slurry and get more water.

Safety is Our Priority

At Bandit Solutions, safety is always at the forefront of our services. We provide a safe and reliable operation with stringent safety protocols and procedures that are designed to protect your personnel, property, and the environment. Compressed air is a powerful tool for digging, yet gentle enough to not damage sensitive utilities, pipe coatings, and tree roots.

Experience The Difference

We are proud to be the first in the area to offer dry excavation services using advanced air technology. Make Bandit Solutions your trusted partner for dry vacuum excavation and experience the difference in quality, safety, and cost-efficiency.

Dry Vacuum Excavation

Keeps You Safe

Powerful compressed air allows us to accurately excavate without causing damage to surrounding areas. This makes it ideal for sensitive areas that require careful excavation. Plus, the area around the dig site remains dry, greatly reducing dangerous slip-and-fall accidents.

Environmentally-Friendly

Dry vacuum excavation uses air to excavate instead of water. This eliminates the need for mud slurry disposal and reduces the overall environmental impact. By using air instead of water, we are able to save water and the time needed to get it.

Affordable

There’s no need for soil or rock hauling, remediation, or disposal due to the on-site backfill and reuse capabilities of our process. This makes dry vacuum excavation a much more budget-conscious choice than traditional hydrovac services.

Non-Stop

Dry vacuum excavation doesn’t require water refilling and dumping cycles that slow down operations, making the process more efficient. Your time-sensitive projects can be completed quickly. Plus, collected soil remains dry, clean, and on-site — ready for immediate backfill.

Efficient

With a whopping 24,000 CFM suction power and a 10” hose, we can quickly and efficiently remove excavated material from your site. In comparison, dry vacs typically top out at 8,000 CFM and use hoses that are only 4-6” in diameter. When it comes to excavation, bigger really is better.

Let us provide you with the top-notch excavation services you need.

Dry Vacuum Excavation

It’s the superior choice

Vacuum excavation is a popular method of excavation due to its efficiency, precision, and non-destructive ability to safely move around underground obstacles such as utilities and environmental obstacles. There are two methods of vacuum excavation: hydrovac, which uses high-pressure water to cut through and liquefy the targeted area to be excavated, and dry vac (or air vac), which uses high-pressure air to loosen and break up the ground material.

There are several key differences between hydrovac and dryvac excavation:

Dry Vacuum Excavation is Environmentally Friendly

Dry vacuum excavation uses air to excavate, not water. This eliminates the need for mud slurry disposal and reduces the overall environmental impact. Water is a precious resource that should not be wasted. By using air instead of water, we are able to save water and the time needed to get it.

Dry Vacuum Excavation is Cost Effective

Dry vacuum excavation uses air to excavate, not water. This eliminates the need for mud slurry disposal and reduces the overall environmental impact. Water is a precious resource that should not be wasted. By using air instead of water, we are able to save water and the time needed to get it.

Dry Vacuum Excavation is Safer

The air advantage of dry vacuum excavation means there is less risk of damaging existing infrastructure or utilities during the process. The powerful compressed air allows us to accurately locate and excavate without causing damage to the surrounding area. This makes it an ideal choice for sensitive areas, such as electrical wires, fiber optics, and fragile underground structures that require careful excavation. Additionally, when no water is present, the area around the dig site remains dry, greatly reducing dangerous slip-and-fall accidents.

Dry Vacuuming Excavation is Faster

Dry vacuum excavation is faster than hydrovac because it does not require water refilling and dumping cycles which can slow down operations. This makes the overall process more efficient and time-sensitive projects can be completed in a timely manner. Additionally, the collected soil remains dry, clean, and on-site — ready to be used for immediate backfill.

Meet the team

Amanda Lukasik | Owner

When Amanda first stepped into the construction industry in 2005, she was determined to seize any learning opportunities. As a Flagger, she worked with gas crews and paid attention to every detail. She wanted to gain as much knowledge as possible, so she asked a lot of questions. One crew leader offered Amanda some invaluable advice: “there’s no such thing as a dumb question unless you don’t ask it”. With this wise advice firmly imprinted in her mind, Amanda continued to ask questions and further develop her skills. Thanks to her initiative and attitude, Amanda has become a successful leader in the construction field.

She eventually worked her way up through the ranks, working as a Construction Site Coordinator, Locator Technician, Construction Supervisor, and Operations Manager, and she is now an accomplished business owner in her own right.

Amanda dedicates an enormous amount of time to both her career and community. She is a volunteer with her local fire department, helping out with their accounting, and she holds her family as the highest priority in her life. In her free time, she finds joy in cooking, hunting with her yellow lab, and traveling.

Amanda is the founder of Bandit Solutions and its driving force. She has a passion for “digging with air” and loves to help people understand its many advantages. Get in touch with Amanda today to learn how dry vacuum excavation can help your project succeed!
